  • Detailed Body Segment Analysis: Unlike traditional methods that treat the torso as a single unit, AI allows for separate analysis of the chest and pelvis, providing a more nuanced understanding of their independent movements and core dynamics.
  • Linear and Rotational Components: Analysis includes linear movements (sway, thrust, lift) and rotational movements (bend, side bend, turn), enhancing the understanding of a golfer's swing mechanics.

Golf Performance and AI:

  • X-Factor and X-Factor Stretch: The difference between chest and pelvis turn, known as the X-Factor, is crucial for generating swing speed. An increase in the X-Factor during the downswing, or X-Factor Stretch, correlates with increased club head speed.
